This local service business was looking to continue to grow. They realized word of mouth would only get them so far. I helped set them up with a brand identity, print marketing, and a digital presence to reach a boarder customer base.
Overview
Beer Line Cleaning USA was started by two friends, who after working years in the industry, decided to forge out on their own. Over two years the owners worked tirelessly to manage and operate the entire business, almost entirely by themselves. Beer Line Cleaning USA is now a prominent provider of draft system cleaning services, ensuring the freshness and quality of beverages served in bars, restaurants, and breweries in the Tri-State area.

While the operations side of the business continued to flourish, the management side began to suffer. In this case study, we'll explore how I worked with Beer Line Cleaning USA to elevate its brand and streamline its operations.

Our primary objective was to improve Beer Line Cleaning USA's brand and marketability, while also streamlining their operations.
Research
While overseeing operations at Beer Line Cleaning USA, I conducted a thorough analysis of our competitors, uncovering a crucial disparity in our online presence. Unlike rival companies with websites or Google Pages, we relied solely on an Instagram page. While effective in showcasing our work, it presented limitations in customer communication and brand definition.
Our Instagram, primarily a visual portfolio with a link to our scheduling app, proved insufficient for robust customer engagement. The platform’s design constraints restricted our ability to customize and establish a distinct brand identity. Notably, the logo size on Instagram impacted the legibility of our company name, affecting brand recognition.
Recognizing these challenges, I spearheaded initiatives to enhance our online visibility, emphasizing the need for a versatile platform that facilitates effective communication and clearly defines our brand.
Design System
For Beer Line Cleaning USA we utilized the colors already in their logo. Colors that capture that it is an American company, and yellows to bring out the association with beer. For the website we chose to add colors that would provide contrast with the text. The fonts we chose were to match the logo, and promote legibility across all their products.
